Is feeling really drained a side affect? I blackout about 4 weeks ago and they determimed I was really dehydrated at that time.All test come back clean and during tilt table test I did fine till they gave me nitro glycerin to lower my BB. They expected my heartrate to increase but intsead it also went very low and I passwed out. Seems like it is taking me forever to get my energy levels back up
