Every now and then- like today- I experience vaso-vagal response when giving blood. It comes out of nowhere: nausea, clamminess and then I black out. My BP went way down today to 80/36 or so. I have found that a ddose of sugar and fliuids beforehand helps. Any similar cases out there?
