I am 35 year old female and in the past 3 months I have experienced 2 of these attacks. They started suddenly, with a stong intense pain on my lower stomach which wakes me up (both times I have been asleep). I raise to to go the bathroom but there are no bowel movements. Sometimes I get a sudden diarreah after my first visit to the toilet. I sweat profusely and coldly and my long hair is completly wet in a matter of minutes. I get very pale and start hyperventiliating because I feel strong nausea, dizziness and the sensation that I will pass out inmediately. It takes around 30 minutes to pass completely. I am left exhausted and usually fall asleep again.
