It is possible to have seizure like episodes of VVS. In that case it is called Reflex Anoxic Syncope not VVS but it is pretty much the same thing - and most importantly considered the same by doctors - it's just semantics really..

I have it and none of the tests showed anything at all. I too have seizure like symptoms but no seizures.
