My 14 yr. old daughter was diagnosed Friday with Neurocardiogenic Syncope after passing out 6 times in a week. She had multiple tests done to rule out everything else under the sun. Before the passing out spells occurred she was being evaluated for arrythmia issues because she had been having episodes with palpitations for close to 2 yrs. before all this. They ruled all that out as well. They put her on a beta blocker - atenolol 50 mg. once a day. Today is Wed. and she has passed out the last two days. There is no real identifiable trigger or pattern that I can identify. I just wanted to put her experiences on here and see if anyone has any advice or info. to share that might help. Thanks.
