Nicole, wow your experience was very similar to mine, I forgot to tell the doctore about my hands clenching also. I am a little confused with all of this as it seems that I am very uneasy and dizzy since my first episode a month ago. I also run low blood pressure as a norm, I went to a neuroligist friday and my blood pressure was 102/63 - so I guess if it drops lower than that there wouldn't be much room for play. I have learned a lot on this forum and it is very interesting, Does anyone know if it is safe to exercise with this condition? I know it may help the heart rate, but are we at risk with exercising too much sweating, loss of H2O, etc... I take classes and my first "dizzy spell" was when I was at class, and I was soooo thirsty all day, but my fainitng episode I had just woke up in the am... Good luck to you and thank god you are okay and in good hands, don't worry about embarrassment, people will be more concerned than to ever laugh about it! My husband was so freaked out when I passed out on him, his girlfriend before we got married was a diabetic and he has seen a lot of things wit hher, and he said this scared him more, so I feel it is serious enough to make sure we try to figure out how to prevent the episodes....Take care!
