Barometric pressure?

I had a double basal aneurysm occluded in 1979. As a residual effect, I have had syncopes since then, occurring when I am under stress or when the barometric pressure changes. I am wondering what I can do for my brain to physically recover from these seizures, in the way of any holistic treatment.
