i am a newly diagnosed vasa vagal patient.All of this is so new to me,and like all of the others i have read;there is not much information on this syndrone. My episodes usually happen in the shower.Not hot water as the doctor suggested.I have had the ringing of the ears and the tunnel vision,my eyes were open all the way, but i could not see.That happened when i was 18. I am now 47. 2 weeks ago, i got up early am to take a shower,felt dizzy,loud ringing in my ears,limbs going limp,felt completely exhausted,tunnel vision. any information i can get would be greatly appreciated,as these episodes are very scary
