I have beeen gong through the same exact thing - well, for years now that I look back, and it has been around 5 years since I passed out, the other night it came on like a freight train, I did not make it to the bathroom in the middle of the night to vomit (after a big meal with wine) and i passed out on the way, I was about for like a minute and I am scared it has come back. Another new symptom is flushing when I have any alcohol, I love wine, and I cannot drink it lately, it makes me sick to my stomach also and I am afraid to eat before I go to bed. It is like walking on egg shells! I am going to see a cardiologist today for more evaluation. Good luck to you.
