How many docs perform surgery needed for a 30 yr old male?

Hi! MY STEP-BROTHER HAS THIS. I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT BUT HE IS ONLY 30 YRS OLD AND HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF HOSPITALS FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF. HE PASSES OUT FOR HOURS AND THEY SAID SEIZURES, PSYCHO', PROBLEMS EVERYTHING BUT THEN THEY TOLD US SYNACOPE. WE LIVE IN TUPELO, MS AND THE DOCS HERE HAVE NEVER DONE THIS SURGERY AND HIS DOC IS IN JACKSON, MS 2HRS AWAY. HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL YESTERDAY AND TODAY AND THEY SENT IN SHRINKS AND TOLD HIM A HEART DOC WOULD BE BY TOMORROW. HE DOESN'T TRUST THESE AROUND HERE AND JACKSON TOLD HIM THERE WAS A LONG WAITING LIST. HE HAS AN APPT. NEXT MONTH BUT IT COULD BE ANOTHER YEAR BEFORE HIS TIME IS UP ON THE WAITING LIST.
