i suffer from vv and have severe toe cramps. However, I dont think it's from vv but from a decrease in electrolytes, such as Calcium, potassium, and magnesium. I run a lot and that is why I think i have toe cramps. As for the vv, there is no cure for this unfortunately,except mental training I suppose.
