I also have vaso-vagal and was able to control it by drinking lots of fluids such as gatorade, but I also have a low heart rate of 45. Normal heart rate is between 60 and 70. I do run everyday that could be why my heart rate is low. Lately I have been feeling light headed again and I passed out just a few days ago because of the vaso vagal. I still feel light headed and tired. Does it take you a few days to recover from this? Also do you have a low heart rate?
