you remind me a lot of myself. i'm a 27 year old female, have one child and am currently pregnant with my second. pre-pregnancy weight was 100 lbs., and i, too work out regularly. i get the same symptoms as you, but i don't actually faint. i "collapse" with a pounding heart, major sweat, shaky, and weakness. but am concious, i just can't talk barely while it's happening and it takes me a little longer to recover- like 10 mins. and then, like you, i am exhauted the rest of the day and have to sleep. i still don't understand the diagnosis of having "vasovagal episodes" . it is still unclear to me whether it is a CAUSE or an EFFECT!!! good luck!

This web site is not a substitute for a thorough medical evaluation and diagnosis of your vaso-vagal type symptoms.  Medical treatment and diagnosis is the only acceptable initial response to these serious symptoms since they might present from any number of life threatening and treatable illnesses. It is for you and your physician to rule out more serious illnesses; Please don't use this online forum as an alternative to getting responsible medical attention and being under the care of a physician for the duration of any unknown, suspected or dangerous vaso-vagal syndrome symptoms.
