Read what you can about syncope- avoid alcohol avoid too much caffeine drink plenty of water

You need some tests from a Cardiologist and a nuerologist to eliminate some serious illnesses.

I treated my vaso-vagel / nuero cardio syncope with meditation/ diet / exercise
