Hi

I am glad I found your comments. I too don't pass out - though I feel like I am dying. I have many other symptoms - the nausea - projectile vomiting the last time it happened but usually more the GI distress and the loose bowel movements. My problem is that I have to sit on the toilet as my insides are emptying but then I want to lie down on the floor as my head feels like it is going to explode. My BP still drops and everyone calls it a vasovagal response. If I get my head down immeidaltely and my legs up - it does keep it from being terrible. It is incredibly uncomfortable but not like I am dying.
