I found the website where I read about RAS: it's www.stars.org.uk. This website also deals with VVS and other types of syncopes, but seems to be mostly devoted to RAS. I also found other information by typing "pallid syncope" into a search engine, but the information I found wasn't as complete or up-to-date as on the website. Hope this helps.
