I, too, have the stiffening and eyes roll back. They were dx'ed as seizures for 43 years, but anti seizure meds never worked, some even made them worse. I was just recently re-dx'd as having VVS. My current internist and neurologist both agree VVS CAN cause stiffening and eye rolling.
