I just wanted to voice what my doc told me about vasco=vagal syncopy or nerogenic sycopy same thing... my mom has it , and I have it , also my little girl is 9 months old she just had a febril seizure so I'm afraid she might have it , because during one of my episodes I was sitting up at a reasturant and had my "spell" and had a seizure. my doc said these things will help and knock on wood, I have not had a spell in a long time... she said to cut back on caffenine since it can dehydrate you... also if your having one if you can lay down. She said to flex your leg muscles and butt muscles since they are the biggest ones in your body and it helps to get the blood moving
