Different kind of vaso-vagal response

All the searches I've done on the web, and all the information I've gathered from my doctor tell me I'm having vaso-vagal responses. However, I find mine differ from any I've read about, in that when I experience an episode, I'm not unconcious. I'm completely aware the entire time, but am totally unresponsive, as my blood pressure gets down to 35 bpm, and I cannot move. The other diffference is that I am "down" for about 10-15 minutes and with each episode, seem to be "down" longer, and also am having longer recovery periods. When experiencing an episode, I feel like I'm dying the entire time and am so relieved when I finally emerge from it's depths. Is this really vaso-vagal response?
