Becca, thanks for the input. Do any of you experiecne ringing of the ears at night or when you are in a "lying" position? This seems to come and go as well. Becca, great idea for the journal. My doctor would probably say "if exercise makes you sick, don't exercise." To me no exercise would almost be giving up. Do you all think that Gatorade added to my daily diet can help? I have even considered going to the Cleveland Clinic for a second oppinion. I do fear that if I search hard and long enough, some doctor will want to slap a pacemaker/difibulator in my chest. Definately don't want that. Does anyone else have that "total-body uncomfortableness" I had mentioned before? John J.
