Brisk exercise can bring on an attack. It does with me. There is no way I can go for a brisk walk for 5 minutes never mind 45. You need to keep a diary of every single time you feel ill and what you were doing at that moment and prior to it. That is the only way you can find out your triggers. Try and lessen impacts from triggers, for example 45 minutes brisk walking makes you ill so try slower walking or brisk walking for less time.

If you go to http://www.stars.org.uk they have information and leaflets about the condition. I've got a pile of their leaflets which I show to doctors when attending appoinements.
