Lisa, I am curious about your reply. Do you know if could even "feel" a blockage? I may go a few days with no or little symptoms. Then it is here for what seems like forever. Sometimes I think it could be a little indejestion. But I know my body and it seems to be more. Radical thoughts seem to make it worse, but don't bring it on initially. For example, today I went for a 45 minute brisk walk. I have felt terrible since. Can exercise trigger the vasovagal syndrome?. I feel tired, washed out, almost "hung-over" even though I have not drank a thing. Comes wtih some heavy breathing, nausea, and total-body uncomfortableness......I just can't explain it exactly. It seems as though many people who write in know what I'm talking about. It is a beautiful day outside and all I want to do is lay down and hope for relief......Jones
