Feeling Awful

What a horrible few months. This all started in June when I collapsed during a 10K race. For a month after that I had slight spells of dizziness. Then I went to a wedding and drank way too much and rehydrated way to little. After a few days, I began to feel dizzy, heart palpatations, and unable to focus. I spent 5 days in the hospital: EKG, Strss test, Thyroid, Cat SCan, Chest X-ray, and EP Study, and even a tilt table test. (It was positive). Even wore a monitor for a month. Nothing other than "vaso-vagal syncope. Now it is early October and have been feeling awful. When I drive, it feels like I have had 2 beers, I broke out in a sweat the other night after supper, and I contiune to have tightness in my chest and throat. I always feel "spacey" and just "out-of-it" most of the time. I have hydrated like I was told, but little relief. At times I think I am dying or having a heart attack. I have not felt myself in months. Are the rest of you haveing the same things? I have only passed out once, and that was the race....Could this be a blockage. I am only thirty and in pretty good shape. Are there foods to avoid or activities??????John J.
