Any suggestions?

I have had vvs for a year and a half, and it has always been under control except for when I've already been sick with the stomach flu or something. Now all of a sudden I'm having several episodes a day. I'm doing everything the doctors tell me to-- making sure I eat and drink enough, standing up slowly, etc. Nothing's working and it's making it hard to live a normal life. Even when I don't pass out I often feel light headed and dizzy and my heart pounds when I stand up. The doctors have done every test they can think of on my heart, and that isn't what's making it act up all of a sudden. Does anyone have any suggestions for why this is happening or what to do?
