I am fourteen years old and I experience vaso vagil and find it very frightening. Yesterday, I had an attack after a simple finger prick at the doctor's office and I fainted, banging my head on the wall on my way down. I (luckily) only recieved a minor concussion, but I started hyperventilating and fainted two more times within the next ten minutes. I want to know if there's anything I can do to stop it from happening again. Before yesterday, I hadn't had an attack since three years ago.
