I passed out twice last night while sitting on the toilet. Before both incidents my stomach was cramping and I felt the need to go to the bathroom. I started sweating, feeling dizzy and cold and then woke up on the floor. Luckily I didn't seriously injure myself. The first time this happened was about three years ago. I went to the bathroom in a movie theatre, and woke up face down on the floor. There were no symptoms, it just happened.
