Vaso vagal head noises

I have head noises that go from ear to ear around the back of my head. The noises are more wave-like and act up more on movement. I also have have sweating spells that are heavy and I can have a sick stomach just before fainting. My blood pressure nose dives and my heart rate goes way up. Anyone else have head noises?
