Hi Mia,

Out of interest, do you find your BP goes up after having water? Mine does. Which apparently it isn't supposed to. I've been told water makes it go _down_.

I've been given betablockers too, but in my case all they did was make it go lower and my heart rate go even higher (which is one of my triggers).
