vasovagal & fatigue

hello I've had vasovagal spells since I was 3 years old - I'm now 28 and still have them, though usually only when I'm nauseous / unwell. My main frustration is fatigue. I fight it daily. I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this... if you can suggest a remedy, I'd be grateful.
