The Mayo Clinic has great info on vasovagal syncope: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vasovagal-syncope/DS00806/DSECTION=1

Don't let it get you down; learn what your triggers are, and use caution when you can't avoid your triggers. It's been 4 years since my last full blackout, because when I feel a trigger bringing on an episode, I lay down faster than a resident of South Central Los Angeles during a drive-by. It's embarassing but it's MUCH better than another hospital visit. Good luck everyone! There is hope as long as you take care of yourself!
