I hope you feel better. I get a similar thing and I have been diagnosed with v v. I need to watch my blood sugar, it gets low and so I drink orange juice and lay down right away with my feet raised higher than my head. I am thinking of seeing an endocrinologist soon. I bought a sugar test home kit from walgreens I check myself and usually when I feel bad, my sugar is low. I also have had low potassium and low blood pressure. I hope this helps.
