Hi. I wanted to write and tell you to please get medical help or someone to support you with this. I get symptoms of feeling like so weak, like I am about to faint or die and then I drink orange juice since my blood sugar gets low and I know my blood pressure gets low and I also lay down with my feet raised higher than my head and I usually call a family member and tell them what's going on because I don't like being alone with this. Anyway, I try to follow the hypoglycemia diet and that helps a lot but lately my symptoms have come back and so, I may just go see an endocrinologist and ask to be put on paxil since that helped for a while.
