I was diagnosed with vaso vagel about a couple years ago and I went on Paxil because the other medication that is supposed to be good for it causes low blood pressure and I already have low blood pressure. Anyway, paxil seemed to help for a while but I didn't want to be on a drug my whole life, so I went off. I started following the hypoglycemia diet (sort of) because I sort of felt that that was what my real problem was. However, now I see that they do sort of go together, for me at least and I've never really looked it up or researched v v until now. It sort of came back since a few weeks ago and it sucks, big time. I get real scared that I am going to faint or die or something and then, I lay down, put my feet up and make sure I drink orange juice which always makes me feel better. Then I usuallly have to go to the bathroom and after I do, it takes about 40 minutes to feel normal again. I'm thinking of going to see an endocrinologist next to see if they have any answers and if not, maybe I'll try that paxil for a whlle again. Hope you feel better and hope this helped.
