Yes, I've had several V-V episodes directly related to pain. The most recent one was a couple months ago when I fell down next to my car in the parking lot. I sprained my foot and got scraped up, but nothing major. Almost before I could get into the car I went into a V-V attack. I passed out at least twice during the 30 minutes I spent in the car trying not to move (the nausea and dizziness was terrible!)
