My symptoms of my episode

I have had two episodes of what I am sure was a Vaso Valag related attack. I was very tired, stressed out, eating sweets late at night, I have very low blood pressure all the time, and I took a natural laxative because I felt very bloated in my abdomen. I went to bed feeling nauseous. I woke up and immediately felt ill so I went to the bathroom. By the time I got there, I knew that I was going to faint. I got on the floor right away and called my husband. I passed out about four times, maybe five in the five hours of illness. I was vomiting and feeling like I was dying. Very scary. I was so weak that I couldnt hold up my head. Total loss of myself. I did have diarhea as well. The frightening thing is the loss of consciousness. Knowing I was going out and feeling no control. My mother used to have episodes out of the blue and end up in ER. Only low potassium was ever found. She ended up on seizure medicine for years and lived in fear of an episode hitting her unexpectedly. I cant believe how I am taking after her. I am 44 years old. I do have stomach pains alot and I have had endometriosis, adhesions from csections. Sometimes when I urinate, I feel like someone is pulling my bladder out. I just wanted to tell this to somebody who would listen. The doctor just told me it was the flu. I know better. My first episode I passed out alone in my bathroom and nobody heard me. I ended up in ER because I hit my head and hurt my neck. I was so scared. I had no recollection of vomiting or fainting. I just woke up on the floor. Very scary stuff. What do I do to not have this happen again? Thanks.
