Hi Becky,
Chronic Fatigue can be a side effect of blood pressure dropping and heart rate dropping, so there is almost certainly a link there.
I know of people who following a postive tilt test done by an sutonomic specialist have had their diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome quashed because it is an effect of the blood pressure/heart rate problem and not 'just' chronic fatigue syndrome.
