I have very infrequent episodes. The trip mechanism for me is exhaustion, dehydration, and not eating regularly enough. After confirming that I was experiencing VVS with a tilt-table test, I was placed on very low dose Toprol XL which helps deaden the nerve response that triggers the feedback situation of VVS.
