Tingling in arms...is this part of Vaso Vagal??

I am not sure what to make of my symptoms. I know when I have a VV attack I get tingling in my arms, its a rather odd cold sensation that envelopes the whole arm and spreads to both arms. Lately I've been having this particular symptom that comes and goes. Sometimes it even occurs at night. I've called my cardiologist and told him I was afraid of a stroke. He thinks this is an anxiety problem but will do some tests on me. My internist said this isn't a stroke either but most likely a pinched nerve. I am scared silly, not knowing at what point to run to the ER. I believe I start to panic when I have this tingling. Has anyone have this symptom, whether part of VV or not????
