You need to see a cardiologist and a neurologist. TIPS: Drink lots of water reduce or eliminate Alcohol & caffeine do not stand for long periods of time eat regular healthy meals ( no fast food) If you feel faint- SIT DOWN- raise your legs and you will not black out- Do not be embarrassed to sit in public places- right on the floor- or what ever... where ever you are you need to protect yourself & your children...
I too experienced your symptoms for a period of 10 years- I blacked out in more than 5 countries as I was required to travel with my work-
For the past 3 years I have been symptom free- What worked for me ?
I was traumatized by 3 different 'tilt table test and a threat to need a pace-maker inmy chest. After a slew of drugs that were all horrible for me I wen to a PSYCHOTHERAPIST- no drugs...
He in turn guided me to a MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASS with the local hospital through Kaiser permenente. The book offered in this 12 week class was JOHN KABAT-ZINN's , Catastrophic Living. Daily mindfulness meditation changed my life and ended the anxiety that lead to these VasoVagel episodes.
GOOD LUCK consider mediation practice- this is non-religious and a proven way to improve your quality of life
