Re: Vaso- Vagal

From: Stella

I too dread the stomach flu. I've had vasa-vagal attacks with the stomach flu (usually following the stomach cramping) , I am also washing my hands, carrying hand sanitizer with me, not eating anything over a day old..etc. I have been lucky - no stoamch flu in years. I have no children living at home now and I notice my colds, flu's etc. have diminished now. The best thing you can do is really hydrate yourself ( drink somthing like Gatorade) and stay in bed if you feel faint.
