Hi,

I was diagnosed with Vaso-Vagal Sindrome when i was 18 years old. Now i have 26 and i have learned to live with this condition. The first thing i recommend you to do is to take the tilt test...If you test positive, you have to make some changes on the way you live. Avoid hot enviromments, stress, dehidration, excess of phisical exercise...For example, when i spend the entire morning without eating anything, it is almoust certain that i will suffur from a VVS episode...i cant eat to much also.... But i think that the ONE thing that is more important is stress....it´s the hardest thing to controlle.... I wish you good luck...
