Hi, definately a real disease, but it did take over a year to diagnose our son, in the end he was referred to a specialist at a childrens hospital , who hit the nail on the head straight away, and said it was quite common, then a tilt test confirmed it. Our toughest problem, is making sure he drinks enough water, as dehydration really makes him worse.
