Vaso Vagel Symptoms I experience

Vaso symptoms appear to be trigerred by sudden movement ( turning / lowering the head ). "swooning vision" takes place suddenly with recorded drop in blood pressure. I have immediate need to lay down, Nausea sets in initially, and a point is reached where I almost pass out but do not. However, after lying down, with profuse sweat, I get into a deep breathing- sleep. Recovery is within an hour,and ends with the feeling that I have been through a mental turmoil. How do we find a treatment for this which poses danger while driving a vehicle.
