yes, it does sound like vaso vagal. I suffer from IBS. I've had those same symtoms my whole life, though a couple of years ago it lead to actually passing out. I have since seen a nutritionist. I'm eating better, more regularly and balance and have not had near the pain and dicomfort I once suffered from. As an FYI, diet and exercise may be of benefit to your symtoms.
