The stomach pain is very typical for me. Miy epsisodes are infrequent but I did have one last summer in a restaurant. If I had been at home I would have let it pass but they called the ambulance because I guess they didn't want me recovering on their floor. Before then I avoided a few incidents by getting down on the ground and putting my legs up, but it's been a couple of years between the last big one and the one this summer. I have lost weight and drink a lot of water and exercise pretty regularly (walking) and I think it all seems to help. There are warning signs and you have to get low so you don't fall and hurt yourself.
