Missy, yes your symptoms are very accurate for vvs. Tell your doctor to carry out the tilt test - this will confirm the situation. I had the same problem - in addition to the pain my pulse would drop to 30/40 beats a min which left me feeling very weak and my sight blurred for a couple of days. I had this for over 5+ years and finally found a cardiologist who would listen. I had a pacemaker implanted April 2004 - never looked back. Good luck
