My symtoms are exactly the same as yours.Always at night you feel like you are going to die dont you.I have just been diagnosed with VVS after a long while suffering with it.Had all the test they always come back normal do you feel really weak and drained after an attack?.Only once has it happenened in front of other people when i was out having a meal its really scary.
