Fainting while urinating

Hi, I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and felt faint - I thought I'll just finish and get back into bed but I woke up on the bathroom floor. I managed to get back to bed and woke my husband. I needed to go to the toilet again and my husband took me but I fainted again. Does anyone know what this is? I've been felling light headed and strange since this. CT scan and blood tests are all normal. I'm scared that it could happen again sometime or even when I'm driving. Has this happened to anyone???
