I was reluctantly diagnosed with copmplex partial epilepsy 18 months ago following several epiodes of falling down, being aware of my surroudings but not being able to respond or move. One neurologist said could not be epilepsy as my pallor becomes very white and this does does not happen in epilepsy. Anyway started medicaction and no problems for 6 months. Sudden onset of pain in shoulders, radiating into neck and down both arms. Everything beacame blach and buzzing in my ears, sat down then cannot remember anything until first aider calling my name. Lasted for 1-2 minutes and was incontinent of urine. Told it was epiepsy. Having many episodes now. Do not always loose consciousness but always have pain in upper back, radiating into both sides of jaw, down both arms ad change of cour and swelling with some swelling to both hands. I have a history of Thoraic outlet syndrome and have had surgery to remove muscles from my shoulder and both 1st ribs. Does anyone have any knowledge, experience of anything same/similiar? I am reluctant to continue increasing epilepsy medication if this is some form of vaso vagal syndrome. Can anyone help/advise me
