Vasovagel symptoms?

From: Amy

Hi, my mom-in-law has been having what we have been told are vasovagel symptoms although drs. not certain. She has had many different types of tests done and they come out perfect, i.e., CAT, MRI, cholesterol, heart, etc. She said it started about 2 months ago after she went to the bathroom (#2) and has gotten progressively worse. Has this occured with anyone else re: after going #2? Also, now occurs at times when not going to the bathroom. She feels light-headed, naseous (no vomiting though), and I think depressed. We are concerned and don't know what to do about it. No meds have been prescribed, perhaps there aren't any to prescribe. If this is familiar to anyone, any ideas as to what she can do to eleviate symptoms or any conditions like this that isn't vasovagel? I appreciate your response to this posting. Thank you very much.
